- Provides the capability to display all current file type associations and default browser settings for the current user, offering clear insights into system configurations.
- Customization of File Associations
- Allows users to select which programs are associated with specific file types, enabling control over which applications open particular file extensions. For example, associate .pdf files with Acrobat Reader.
- List Installed Browsers
- Can list all installed web browsers, simplifying the process of setting the default browser.
- Change Default Browser
- Enables users and administrators to set their preferred web browser as the default for handling web links and HTML files. All browsers are supported.
- Reset Associations
- Provides the ability to delete custom file associations and revert to the system’s default settings, useful for correcting corrupted or unwanted associations.
