Business customers

The Licensed Edition is intended for organizations and is not sold to private individuals.

Minimum quantity

User-based licenses have a minimum order quantity of 10 users. EDU, Site, and MSP licenses have no user limit.

Compatibility testing

You can request a time-limited trial for testing in your environment.

However, private individuals are welcome to use the Personal Edition, which is free to download.
Please provide your company name for verification if you are inquiring about the business version.

Due to Microsoft’s regional restrictions, we are unable to offer SetUserFTA to customers in the following countries:

File type associations operate slightly differently depending on the operating system.
Please specify the system on which you plan to deploy SetUserFTA so we can provide an accurate quote and instructions.

Number of end-users

The license cost is determined by the number of end-users who will execute SetUserFTA.

An administrator cannot set associations for other users; therefore, the count must include regular users.
Please provide the total user count to ensure accurate pricing.

SetUserFTA depends on features and behavior provided by Microsoft Windows. Microsoft controls these components and may modify, restrict, or remove them through future Windows versions or updates.

Such changes may affect SetUserFTA or prevent it from working. Although we will make reasonable efforts to investigate compatibility issues and provide updates where feasible, continued compatibility cannot be guaranteed, and it may not always be technically possible to restore functionality.

License terms

The purchase and use of SetUserFTA are governed by the applicable End User License Agreement. Review the EULA in English or German.
