The software license file may include the customer name and license information (e.g. validity, maintenance period). This file is stored locally and is not transmitted to Kolbicz IT or third parties. The license information may alternatively be stored in the Windows Registry, under the user’s control.

We collect and store the following information during the sales process:
- Customer name / company name
- Email address(es)
- Billing address (if required by the invoice)
- Quote and invoice details
- Order and payment history
- Email correspondence related to the quote, support, or follow-up

5. Payments via Stripe
Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment provider. When you complete a payment, your credit card and payment data are processed directly by Stripe under their own privacy and security policies.
